I can help you to navigate and understand better how you have got to this point and help you to get your ‘picker’ back online. We will look at destructive patterns that may sabotage you in finding true love. We will look at the ‘red flags’ that you may have ignored in the past.

We will also look at how you may unknowingly self-sabotage in relationships.
A lot of people throw away or ruin great relationships unknowingly because they don’t believe they are worthy of one.
Understanding yourself better can go a long way to changing those destructive patterns and engaging in productive and happy long-term relationships
